"ChatGPT, how do I become a millionaire in 30 days?" is the opening line of a 12-second TikTok skit in which a man asks a voice assistant for a get-rich-quick plan and gets told to get a job. The earliest remakes we found were posted on 11 and 12 October 2026. Here is what happens in it and why it is funny.
The original skit
A person stands outside, in a parking lot or a schoolyard, with the phone held flat against the mouth like a voice chat. Nobody on screen is a chatbot; the reply is read off the phone by the asker. The clip has a shared 12-second sound that most remakes reuse. Who recorded it first is unverified, so we do not name an origin.

What the joke is about
It is about asking a chatbot for a shortcut and receiving the most ordinary advice there is. The asker treats the assistant as an oracle, then takes the answer as a personal insult. The broken English and the silence in the middle sell the delusion, and it is why the clip is so easy to caption for the friend who runs every decision past an AI.
